By placing an order with Urban Squirrel Design, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you would like to return something you have ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused / unopened / undamaged and in the same condition that you received it, within 15 days of receipt. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Where an item has been paid for with a card or Paypal, any refund will be credited back to the original account only.
Returns and refunds are not accepted on fabric by the metre (as this is produced to order) and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on face masks.
We regret that we cannot accept returns more than 15 days after receipt.
If you are posting an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable posting service or purchasing posting insurance, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We aim to process all refunds within 7 - 10 days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If any of your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss a replacement.

All orders are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail.
Orders over £50 will be sent 24 Hour Tracked via Royal Mail.
Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2 working days, with the exception of fabric by the fat quarter/metre, which is produced to order and has a 7 -12 day lead time.
Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated, but should an item sell out, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of the delay or to arrange a replacement.
If you have an urgent request, please get in touch and we may be able to offer an express service.

How and where do we store your data?
We only keep your data if we have a valid legal reason to do so and will only keep it for as long as we need to in order to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations or for as long as we have your permission to keep it. We will conduct an annual review to determine if we need to keep your data. Your data will be deleted if we no longer need it to maintain our obligations or if you have requested that we delete it.
Some or all of your data may be stored or transferred outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”). if we do store or transfer data outside of the EEA, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would within the EEA and under the GDPR.
Data security is of great importance to us. We take steps to protect your data by using data encryption on our websites and applications. Our websites are hosted in the UK and are monitored 24/7/365. The servers where they are stored includes firewall protection and secure monitoring software which generates alerts in the event of a hack attempt or the detection of malware.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some, or all of your personal information, please email us at email@example.com. We may make a small charge for this service.
We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. It may also be used for the purpose of running re-marketing adverts to you about our products and services.
